the past 2 years, i’ve been in relationships on valentine’s day. the past two years, boys have cooked for me and made a fuss. this year, i will be in boston rehearsing for cousin kate’s nuptials (which are on sunday).
it’s my hope that i’ll be too busy with my maid of honor (MOH) duties and galivanting with everyone i love to wallow about being single.
and i will be too busy preparing to look FINE!
we’re having hair and makeup done first thing on sunday morning. kate’s only criteria for her bridesmaids’ dresses:
- black
- floorlength
we could all get whatever we wanted. i picked up a little bcbg number, and i sort of heart it.
hell maybe i’ll meet next year’s valentine at the wedding. you never know!!

Looks pretty good to me. ‘Course, with black floorlength as the guide, the wedding could end up with this.
