I love that Seinfeld where Elaine with righteous indignation chastises George for not wanting to date a bald woman. "But YOU'RE BALD!"

interesting thought re: evening out body image issues. lots of baldies are cuties. it's the whole package that we gals are attracted to. sometimes that package has little or no hair on his head!

... meanwhile when i was in my 20's i was super insecure about my looks, my body. it took a decade to grasp that anybody worth my time is going to be attracted to the whole package and won't obsess over my flaws the way i do.

embracing the bald and the bod -- it's a mark of maturity.

You have to embrace the bald, I do and once I did felt way more comfortable for sure. For guys, going bald is like having to grapple with a mixture of 'No girl will ever think I am cute again' and 'All anyone can look at is my bald head'. I think it is nature's way of at least attempting to even out the insecurities about body image across the sexes.
