psalm of life
i love love love psalm of life by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. (PS: if i were beavis and butthead i would laugh at the name “Wadsworth”). it’s the perfect poem for starting a new year. my favorite stanza is the last one:
Let us, then, be up and doing,
With a heart for any fate;
Still achieving, still pursuing,
Learn to labor and to wait.
